1. Products & Orders

  • We sell kitchen and bathroom organization products, including sink storage racks, toilet towel racks, and toothbrush holders.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and designs may vary slightly.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, and use of all products.

For Sink Storage Racks:

  • Ensure over-the-sink racks are properly positioned and stable before loading dishes.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Place heavier items on lower sections.

  • For under-sink organizers, ensure cabinet floor is level and can support weight.

For Toilet Towel Racks:

  • Wall-mounted bars: Must be installed into wall studs or with appropriate heavy-duty anchors rated for the weight . Improper installation can result in the bar falling, causing injury or property damage .

  • Over-the-toilet racks: Ensure the unit is stable and level. Do not exceed weight capacity. Place heavier items on bottom shelf.

  • Adhesive hooks: Follow surface preparation instructions carefully (clean with alcohol, allow to cure). Weight limits are significantly lower. May fail in humid environments.

For Toothbrush Holders:

  • Clean regularly to prevent bacterial growth .

  • Replace if cracked, chipped, or showing signs of wear.

  • For UV sanitizers, follow electrical safety instructions.

General Bathroom Safety:

  • Keep all products away from young children (small parts choking hazard).

  • Ensure electrical products (UV sanitizers, towel warmers) are kept away from water sources.

3. Installation Guidelines
For wall-mounted products:

  1. Locate Studs: Use a stud finder to locate wall studs whenever possible.

  2. Mark Position: Use a level to ensure straight installation.

  3. Drill Pilot Holes: Drill appropriate size holes at marks.

  4. Use Correct Anchors: If not hitting studs, use wall anchors rated for the expected weight. For tile, use special tile bits and anchors.

  5. Attach Hardware: Secure mounting brackets or the product itself.

  6. Check Stability: Ensure the product is firmly attached before use.

4. Product Safety Compliance
Our products are designed to comply with applicable U.S. safety standards:

  • Corrosion Resistance: Metal bathroom products are tested for resistance to rust and corrosion (ASTM B17 equivalent) .

  • Material Safety: Plastics are BPA-free and food-grade where applicable. Ceramics/glass meet FDA lead/cadmium leaching limits .

  • Structural Integrity: Racks and holders are designed to hold typical household items within specified weight limits .

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from improper installation (falling towel bars), water damage from improperly placed racks, bacterial growth from inadequate cleaning, or personal injury.
